At 9:30 a.m. on the 18th, the competition officially opened. The competition lasted for one month. After careful organization and selection by the organizing committee and various branches, there were a total of 57 teams from Shenzhen Baoxing, Qingyuan Jiangxi Copper, Guangzhou Jiangxi Copper, Jiangxi Copper Wenwei and Apollo. contestants participated in the finals. The competition covers 5 types of work including electrician, fitter, welder, forklift operator and firefighter. It has high technical requirements and involves many people. It is a concentrated display of the company's technical talent team construction achievements.

At the competition site, 57 contestants showed their abilities and professional skills. They were calm and calm, performed well, and used their solid basic skills and meticulous work attitude to conscientiously complete every process and every step of operation within the specified time.

After two days of fierce competition, on the afternoon of October 19th, 12 contestants stood out and won the top three places of electrician, fitter, forklift operator and electric welder (see the end of the article for the list of winners), and Qingyuan Jiangxi Copper, Guangzhou Jiangxi Copper and Apollo won the The top three in the firefighting team competition.
